At Femina Lightings, we are committed to delivering your products safely, accurately, and on time. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
Femina Lightings aims to dispatch all confirmed orders within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are processed and shipped on regular working days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding public holidays.
Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
To ensure fast and secure delivery, we use reputed and reliable courier partners only.
While we try to ship all items in a single order together, partial shipments may occur due to product availability, size, or logistical limitations.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact Femina Lightings within the applicable return window.
Products may be eligible for replacement or refund, depending on the product category and condition after inspection.
Items will not be eligible for return if the reason is “No longer required”.
Returns will not be accepted once a ceiling fan or electrical product has been installed. Customers must inspect the product thoroughly before installation.
For technical issues after use or after the return window has expired, customers will be referred to the manufacturer’s authorized warranty or service center, if applicable.
Customers must provide valid supporting documents for any return or refund claim, including:
Clear unboxing video
Original invoice or receipt
Delivery proof (if required)
Femina Lightings reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch at its sole discretion.
Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:
Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability or stock issues
Defective or damaged items
Incorrect product details due to technical or typographical errors
Any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be notified if their order is canceled.
In case of an approved cancellation or refund, the paid amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Customers must raise a refund request and clearly mention their preferred refund option (Bkash or Bank Transfer) along with accurate details:

Refunds are processed only through the original payment channel used during checkout.
The refund process may take up to 30 working days or more, depending on the payment gateway or banking system.
If an order is refunded, the customer will receive only the principal amount paid and will not be eligible for any promotional offers, discounts, or cashback linked to that order.
Femina Lightings is not liable to pay any service charges, transaction fees, or additional compensation on refunded amounts.
No extra cashback, bonus, or reward will be provided for refunded orders.
