At Femina Lightings, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering your products safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.
Femina Lightings makes every effort to dispatch all confirmed orders within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are shipped Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Each order can be shipped to one destination address only. For delivery to multiple addresses, customers must place separate orders.
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we ship products only through reputed and reliable courier partners.
While we try to ship all items in a single order together, partial shipments may occur due to product availability, size, or other logistical reasons.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, missing parts, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact Femina Lightings within the applicable return window.
Eligibility for return, replacement, or refund depends on the product category and its condition at the time of inspection.
Products marked as “No Return” or “Not Required Anymore” are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted once a ceiling fan or electrical product has been installed. Customers are advised to check all items thoroughly before installation.
For technical or functional issues after use or after the return window has expired, customers will be referred to the manufacturer’s authorized service or warranty center, if applicable.
Customers must provide valid proof and documentation for return or refund claims, including:
Unboxing video
Delivery invoice
Courier receipt (if applicable)
Femina Lightings reserves the full right to cancel any order before dispatch at its sole discretion.
Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:
Incorrect pricing
Product out of stock
Defective or damaged items
Expired products
Incorrect product information due to technical or typographical errors
Any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be notified in case of order cancellation.
In the event of an order cancellation or approved refund, the paid amount will first be credited to the customer’s Femina Lightings / Alphaeshop Ltd account.
Customers must report the issue under the Refund Category and clearly mention their preferred refund method (Bkash or Bank Transfer) along with required details:

Bank account information
Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method:
Bkash payments → refunded via Bkash
Bank payments → refunded to bank account
The refund processing time may take up to 30 working days or more, depending on the payment gateway or banking system.
If an order is refunded, the customer will receive only the principal amount paid and will be disqualified from any promotional offers, discounts, or cashback associated with that order.
Femina Lightings is not liable to pay any service charges, transaction fees, or additional compensation on refunded amounts.
No extra cashback, bonus, or incentive will be provided on refunded orders.
Femina Lightings reserves the right to review, reconsider, or modify refund methods to ensure faster and smoother processing where necessary.
